Founded by Scott Brant, a Microsoft MVP, our mission is to demystify Microsoft 365 and enable people all over the world to achieve more with the tools they already have.

Our Founder, Scott Brant, had a vision to create a Microsoft 365 Consultancy company after working with some of the world’s leading brands for over a decade. However, that was nothing but a pipe dream, until one evening in 2018, everything changed. Unfortunately following a freak weather event, Scott’s home was destroyed by a flood and he and his family lost everything they owned within minutes. Faced with re-building their lives and their home, and homeless, they decided to change their future, by creating the Microsoft 365 Consultancy company which changed everything, Your 365 Coach.
Fast forward to today, that decision has helped millions of people across the world, with a focus on giving people the skills to use the tools they already must be more productive and happier in their job roles.

Meet Our Team
Scott
Scott is the Founder of Your 365 Coach, having worked with some of the world’s leading brands for over a decade as a Microsoft 365 Consultant and Architect.
Scott was also made a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) which is only granted to a select group of people across the world.
Matthew
Matthew is an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant, who joined the Your 365 Coach team in 2024 and provides expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and more.
Matthew was recently certified in Power Apps and is working to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Kerry
Kerry is an experienced Financial Controller, having worked for some of the worlds leading financial institutions.
Kerry has been part of the Your 365 Coach team from the start, helping customers with invoices and general enquiries, and is a big part of the Your 365 Coach team.
