Loop meets Teams and brings your collaboration worlds together

Reading time: 2 Minutes

Here at Your 365 Coach we love Loop. πŸ’œ

We check off lists, tot-up tasks, blast through boards and pitch into paragraphs. It’s our go-to app for quick collaboration, content collation and ideation.

But, while we loved Loop, we had one big question – why can’t we get to our workspaces via Teams? (Because that's where we work!) Well now we’re really excited because that’s changed.

Loop app now available in Teams

The Loop app is now available to add to your left hand rail. Click the … three dot button and search for Loop.

Once added you can view all your workspaces and components quickly within Teams.

At the moment, if you click on something you’ll be taken to the browser version of Loop to view or edit the content.

It would be nice if you stayed in Teams (perhaps that’s coming soon🫰) but it’s still much quicker than leaving Teams to open Loop or searching channels for a component. We'd also like it to be possible to pin Loop workspaces to channels too, we feel we're one step closer on that...

And Outlook too?

And as we speak, well you read, a version with similar features is also pushing it’s way out to New Outlook too.

Summary

This is a great step forward for easier cohesion between the heavy-work apps Teams and Outlook, and the dynamic capabilities of Loop. Good move! πŸ‘
