Local school scores big with investment in sports kit

Your 365 Coach helps Whetstone Field Primary School achieve their goals

Here in the UK, we’re immersed right now in what the TV companies would call a ‘Summer of Sport’.

The football started it all off a couple of weeks ago in Germany, which overlapped with the British Grand Prix and Wimbledon fortnight, the Cricket is in full swing, and Team GB have already started travelling to Paris for the Summer Olympics and Paralympics.

Just like being able to use technology to be productive, the key to learning and enjoying sport is having access to the right tools and good quality coaching. That’s why when we heard that Scott’s children's school, Whetstone Field Primary School near Birmingham was looking to replace worn out sports equipment we made a corporate donation to fund it.

The new equipment will allow a variety of sports and activities that the children can enjoy and learn from. PE lessons will be more engaging, fun and inclusive with every child having the opportunity to try different sports and discover their talents and passions.

By giving the children a great introduction to the world of sport and fitness, the new equipment, we hope, will inspire them to lead healthy and active lifestyles and pursue their dreams.

Head teacher, Stuart Cox commented "On behalf of everyone at Whetstone Field Primary, thank you so much for the donation from Your 365 Coach.  It has meant we have been able to purchase lots of much needed PE equipment for our children.  Our equipment was very old,  the new purchases have breathed life back into PE again!"
